So I hid it away. I had become uninspired and settled into the life I thought I was supposed to live. The life that society had taught me to chase.

In this three-month container, we will do a deep dive into your blocks and frustrations and look at releasing and refreshing!
I am an intuitive coach which means that through openness and vulnerability, I’ll be able to gain insight into areas of your life that need support. We will work to develop a mind-body-spirit connection that will allow you to feel empowered as yourself and in your day-to-day life. We will access the energy points in our bodies (chakras) and see which blocks we can release to encourage growth.
By the end of the three months, we will have looked into all aspects of your life – physical, spiritual, emotional, and relational. We will conquer fears, release limiting beliefs, set achievable goals, and awaken your creativity!
You won’t feel like a new person, but you’ll feel more like you! More confident, more loving, more intentional and more creative.
