Intro to Meditation


Meditation is a beautiful practice that can get you back in touch with yourself and your body. We spend so much time caught up inside our minds, and practicing presence throughout the day can be difficult.
Taking time to slow down and consciously connect is so important for our mental, spiritual and physical health, and will help us operate from a more grounded space.

Prayer is when you talk to God,

Guided Meditation – $66
This session is for those that want to get started in meditation, but are struggling with quieting their minds, or are confused about where to begin.
These one-hour sessions will give you the framework you need to start using meditation as a way to connect deeper with yourself. Whether you’re needing relaxation, help with anxiety, future visualizations, or to receive clarity around something you’re struggling with, the framework provided will help you understand how to surrender and receive what is needed to support yourself where you are in your journey. Through journaling, breathwork, and body scanning, we are able to drop deeply into Alpha, or even Theta brain wave states for relaxation and clarity.
