Policies and Disclaimers

This container that we create together will purely be a space for me to hold you while you grow.
The growth that you experience in our containers is dependent on the energy that you bring to the containers that we create together. The energy of openness, a desire for growth, and the knowledge that any space that we hold together will be judgement-free and safe.
You are held with love.
The following are some guidelines to protect us in our container together.

Confidentiality
Each container that the Client and the Coach create together will be completely confidential. While ideas that spark from sessions together may be shared, they will never be tied to the Client personally, unless given express and written permission.
(Situations where there is ongoing child/elder abuse, or threats to harm oneself or others will be reported to the necessary governing bodies.)

Scheduling/Cancellation Policy
In order to book a container together, 5 days notice is required in order to give the Coach adequate time to prepare for our time together.
Cancellations must be made with 48 hours notice, otherwise there will be no refund provided.
No shows will not be refunded.

Within a coaching package, missed calls/no shows will not be rescheduled unless the Coach is given 48 hours notice of the need to reschedule. This policy will only be overruled by situations that arise that are outside of the Client’s control, such as Force Majeure.

Refunds
One-time sessions will not be refunded. The information and energy exchange that occurs within the container provided to the Client by the Coach cannot be taken back, therefore no refund is possible. This is why a Connection Call is important – to make sure that the container that the Coach and the Client agree to enter into together is right for the Client.
For coaching packages, pro-rated refunds will be given up to one month into the container. After one month (30 days) from the start date, if the Client wishes to cancel, the full amount will still be required.

Legal Disclaimers
The progress that the Client achieves within our containers is purely up to the Client, the Coach cannot promise outcomes. Entering into our space with openness, vulnerability, and a desire and commitment to change will provide a higher chance of success; however, a level of success cannot be infinitely defined. This work is hard work – it requires a radical honesty and commitment that cannot be achieved with mediocre effort.
The Client’s input defines the outcome.

The Coach is an Intuitive Coach; I am not licensed by a regulated body. I have undergone deep learning, and have fostered a deep connection to my intuition and the Divine that will assist me in our containers. I have studied, searched, taken classes and courses, and applied my own discernment to my learnings to bring wisdom that will aid the Client in their journey. This is why it’s important that we agree upon a desired outcome early in our container as the Coach is not versed in all challenges that one will face in this life-time.
Therefore, any advice or knowledge shared in our coaching containers should be accepted and/or acted upon with the Client’s own discernment.

Any products/services/advice that are received within our container, whether through a coaching container, or a healing session, should not be mistaken for medical advice. The Coach is not a licensed healthcare professional/practitioner. The container(s) that we enter into are not a replacement for medical advice, counselling, or addiction treatment.

There is an understanding that everything shared online is not inherently secure. While best efforts will be made to keep all information private and confidential, there may be instances outside of the control of the Coach whereby information is illegally accessed and obtained. The Coach will not be held liable in such instances.

Finally
The Client has read the above disclaimers and policies and agrees that the Coach will not be held liable for any action on the part of the Client. The Coach is purely here as a guide, and the Client has entered into this agreement/container with an understanding of what it is that the Coach has to offer and the good intentions of the Coach, and therefore, will not hold the Coach responsible for any detrimental outcome on the part of the Client.
